Source code for MSS trajectory analysis

Here you can find the source code of various estimators for computing diffusion constants and Hurst exponents (MSS slopes) of given trajectories. The codes were developed and benchmarked by Roman Racine during his Bachelor Thesis work at the MOSAIC Group:

R. Racine. Estimating the Hurst exponent. Bachelor thesis, MOSAIC Group, ETH Zürich, 2011. (PDF, source code (ZIP))

The general idea of MSS trajectory analysis has been described in:

I. F. Sbalzarini and P. Koumoutsakos. Feature Point Tracking and Trajectory Analysis for Video Imaging in Cell Biology, Journal of Structural Biology 151(2):182-195, 2005. (PDF)
