Alternating split-Bregman segmentation in MATLAB
A MATLAB implementation of the split-Bregman algorithm for image segmentation and of the generalized linear model for images can be downloaded here. The toolbox was written by Dr. Gregory Paul during his time as a postdoctoral fellow with the MOSAIC Group.
The method and algorithm implemented in this toolbox are described in the following publication:
G. Paul, J. Cardinale, and I. F. Sbalzarini. Coupling image restoration and segmentation: A generalized linear model/Bregman perspective. Int. J. Comput. Vis., 2013. (PDF, Supplementary Material PDF, ImageJ/Fiji plugin Download)
