MATLAB Toolbox for cell-outline segmentation in phase-contrast images
A MATLAB implementation of the algorithm for segmenting and tracking high-resolution cell outlines from phase-contrast movies can be downloaded here. The toolbox was written by Mark Ambuehl as part of his PhD project at the LCB (EPFL) and the MOSAIC Group.
